How many days are included in the rental?
Our rental package prices include 3 days total. This allows for 1 day to pick-up, the day of the event, and 1 day for drop off. If you keep the signs longer than your allotted rental days additional charges will apply.
How much is the down payment/ security deposit
We require a non-refundable 50% down payment on all orders. Then 25% of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The final 25% remaining balance is due upon us dropping off/you picking up along with the sercurity deposit that gets returned once everything is picked up by us or returned.
Do i have any security?
I will go over the full rental agreement which will be signed by both parties prior to the deposit.
What if a sign gets damaged or broken?
We understand that accidents may happen, however should any damage occur you will be responsible for purchasing the sign in full. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What if it rains at my wedding? Do all of the signs need to be brought inside?
All of our wood signs are sealed. However, additional charges may apply due to excessive water exposure and/or damage.
Will you drop off/pickup the signs?
Drop off and pickup services are available at an additonal cost based on distance of travel.
Will you set up the signs/easels?
A set up / take down service is available at an additional cost.
